Katrina Andrews

Katrina established VMA Group, Asia Pacific, with the creation of our Hong Kong office, which is now our headquarters in the region. With over 10 years' experience in communications, seven of those dedicated to internal communications, her career has focused on training and Director level benchmarking. Prior to joining VMA Group, Katrina was Managing Director, Asia Pacific at Melcrum where she started the company's Asian operations by developing an office in Sydney, Australia. Also, as the founder of the Strategic Communication Research Forum, Asia Pacific, Katrina has worked with senior level communicators at Ernst & Young, BUPA, Shell, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Pfizer, Intel and Ericsson amongst many others.
