Job Overview:

The Employee Engagement Lead is responsible for enhancing employee experience, strengthening culture, and driving engagement across the organisation. The role focuses on delivering engagement initiatives, improving internal communication, and using data insights to boost retention and performance. Working closely with senior leadership, the Employee Engagement Lead ensures engagement strategies align with overall business objectives. 

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Deliver and manage employee engagement initiatives and campaigns 
  • Run pulse surveys, analyse feedback, and track engagement metrics 
  • Support and execute internal communications across the business 
  • Partner with managers to improve team engagement and morale 
  • Coordinate wellbeing, culture, and recognition activities 
  • Monitor retention trends and identify engagement risks 
  • Support onboarding and key employee experience touchpoints 
  • Prepare reports and insights for senior stakeholders 
  • Manage and guide engagement-related team members or projects

  • Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or employee experience 
  • Strong understanding of engagement drivers and employee lifecycle 
  • Experience managing surveys and translating data into actions 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Ability to influence and advise senior leaders
