I’m the Chief Executive of VMA Group, responsible for VMA Group's international recruitment operations. Managing our market leading, Communications, Marketing, Digital and Change recruitment Practices. Providing executive search, permanent, interim and contract recruitment services on an international basis.
What did you do before you joined VMA?
Before embarking on a career in recruitment and executive search, I worked as a marketing and communications professional in the financial services sector.
Why do your clients enjoy working with you?
I believe my extensive experience and straight-forward approach is greatly appreciated by my longstanding clients and the people and organisations I work with.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I’ve always loved meeting people and understanding how different organisations work, and how manage their Communications and Marketing activity. Every day is different.
What are your interests outside of work?
Outside of work I’m a Trustee of the Cotswolds Rivers Trust. I’ve always loved the outdoors and nature and conservation. I’m a country boy at heart and love spending time in the Cotswolds hills – the place where I’ve lived, ever since I was a child.
