I specialise in the appointment of internal communications and change communications professionals, for interim and contract roles across all sectors. Having focused on sourcing marcomms talent in the last 17 years, I have built a strong network in this area and take pride in connecting businesses with individuals.
What did you do before you joined VMA?
My first role was with a media agency where I worked with clients such as Swarovski, New Look, Austin Reed and Dairy Crest. Having graduated in marketing previously, I was keen to explore that path and spent the next two years raising the profile and promoting a performing arts centre before moving into recruitment.
Why do your clients enjoy working with you?
As a consultant who focuses on the interim and contract market, my clients appreciate my speed to market and the ability to provide invaluable advice on market trend and recruitment practice.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
It’s incredibly rewarding knowing I can help businesses and individuals connect quickly and make a real difference in their lives or operations.
What are your interests outside of work?
I’m passionate about badminton, enjoy the adrenaline rush, competitive nature and strategic play involved. I’m also an avid skier, love dining out and exploring new cuisines.
