Having run a digital marketing agency and working with CMOs for the past decade I have built a strong global network, a community if you will, I get my kicks from seeing companies succeed where we’ve placed top tier talent.
What did you do before you joined VMA?
Life before VMA and team building was living and breathing strategy for businesses, supporting the diagnosis and providing the effective marketing support, running a Digital Marketing Agency in London, and leading on Strategy for known brands in the UAE has left me well placed to identify great marketers to support our clients goals
Why do your clients enjoy working with you?
Every interaction is progressive and enjoyable because there is trust, a deeper understanding of digital and marketing, combined with bringing a great energy. Having a mind for digital marketing, and a heart for business growth, I discuss impact, successes and challenges openly to ensure the right candidate solves our clients objectives.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The positive impact on people’s lives and careers… placing a superb candidate into an organisation and seeing them make waves, whether that’s building brands, driving strategies, reeling in that revenue… seeing great people genuinely happy with the impact they are having in their role. Bringing value.
What are your interests outside of work?
When I’m not supporting my clients, you can find me supporting Spurs, for my sins, playing football, being active with Gym visits and mountain hikes. As well as enjoying a good live music event.
