Julia joined VMA GROUP in 2003 as Chief Executive Officer and ran the business for over 20 years, before facilitating the transition of VMA GROUP to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). She remains as Chair of VMA GROUP, where she oversees the running of the VMA GROUP Board.
