Combining industry insight from my days as a PR consultant with a relationship-led approach to recruitment, I have developed a strong network of external communications professionals with a specialism in consumer brands. I work closely with clients to understand their needs and can quickly match top-tier talent to requirements, leveraging my extensive connections across senior external communications professionals in London and the UK. I take a thoughtful approach, building relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process and as they progress in roles.

I began my career in public relations, which gave me a deep understanding of the communications industry. In 2014, I transitioned into PR and communications recruitment, where I’ve been able to leverage my hands-on experience to advise businesses on their comms hires more strategically and helping candidates identify their next career move.

I like to think the value I add is to combine deep industry knowledge with a genuine focus on building strong, long-term relationships. I take a consultative, collaborative approach, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout the hiring process.

I really enjoy connecting people – helping to find the right match for a business and for a candidate looking for their next step. Having great conversations with people along to way to make this match is also very rewarding.
