What did you do before you joined VMA?
I joined VMA Group 12 years ago, and it was actually my first job after graduating. I’ve always been interested in communications, so having a degree in the field made it a natural fit for me.
Why do your clients enjoy working with you?
Clients like working with me because I see recruitment as a proper matchmaking process - finding the perfect fit between people and businesses. I’m genuinely passionate about communications, which helps me understand what both sides need.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Ultimately, it’s the people that make the job so enjoyable. Helping someone land their dream role or helping a company in finding that perfect team member is what motivates me every day.
What are your interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I love reading a wide variety of books, from contemporary fiction to political non-fiction. I also love to travel and explore new places, whether that’s discovering hidden gems around the UK or experiencing different cultures abroad.
