Senior TikTok Marketing Specialist (Fashion & Apparel)
Location: London, UK (5 days on site)
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, trend-obsessed Senior TikTok Marketing Specialist to scale our fashion brand’s presence and drive viral e-commerce revenue. At this level, you will completely own our TikTok ecosystem. Your focus will be turning style trends into commercial success through a mix of organic content, creator partnerships, and TikTok Shop.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes the TikTok fashion community (from #GetReadyWithMe to #OOTD), understands aesthetic storytelling, and has a proven track record of converting views into add-to-carts.
- Key Responsibilities
Fashion-First Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok growth strategy that elevates our brand identity while hitting aggressive monthly revenue targets. - TikTok Shop & Live: Fully manage our TikTok Shop, including catalogue syncing, flash sales, creator affiliate programs, and planning high-converting Live Shopping events.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor daily fashion aesthetics, viral audios, styling hacks, and cultural moments to ensure our products are integrated into the conversation in real-time.
- Creator Ecosystem: Recruit, brief, and manage an extensive network of fashion influencers and UGC (User Generated Content) creators to showcase our clothing on diverse body types and styles.
- Managing customer service
- Reaching our to more affiliates and onboarding them while maintaining healthy and professional and positive relationships
- Listing new products - using AI
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated social marketing experience specifically within fashion, streetwear, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) retail.
- E-Commerce Mastery: Proven experience scaling a fashion brand's TikTok Shop, with a deep understanding of fashion inventory cycles, product drops, and conversion optimization.
- Visual Styling & Editing: Exceptional eye for fashion aesthetics, composition, and mobile video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush) to quickly produce high-quality style guides, lookbooks, and haul videos.
- Relationship Management: Strong negotiation skills for handling talent contracts, clothing gifting campaigns, and brand collaborations.
