This person would be responsible for supporting financial services clients by providing advice, tools and services to help them communicate effectively with their employees through times of change.
Keeping employees informed and prepared to welcome change is essential for positive employee experience and retention.
Therefore, developing and implementing strategies to do so, as well as creating high-quality content and tactics to deliver the messages across channels, played an important part in this role. It was important that the candidate had strong writing skills and an awareness of online solutions to help with the delivery of communication materials.
