As a result of a trusted relationship with VMA Group , Legal & General partnered with our permanent internal communications recruitment team to fill the position. The Internal Communications Manager will design, develop and implement a creative internal communications plan to meet Legal & General’s people and business strategies. The Internal Communications Manager will also work to maximise internal and external engagement, support HR with people communications and help drive the D&I strategy and engagement. Driving and delivering strategic and business critical communications initiatives, the Internal Communications Manager will also work proactively with senior business leaders, stakeholders and as part of the wider communications team.
