With a robust background in communications and over 14 years of recruitment and search experience in communications and marketing, Lisa MacMillan is set to focus on senior-level search assignments within the Financial Services, Professional Services, and Investor Relations sectors. Her role in the executive search team involves supporting international organizations in structuring and building their communications functions by sourcing top talent globally.
Lisa joined VMA GROUP in 2014, where she was instrumental in conducting senior-level searches across Asia, particularly in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, and Australia. Her international network of senior communications and marketing professionals, along with her long-standing client relationships, will continue to be invaluable as she provides executive search services for senior roles in Hong Kong and throughout Asia.
