The Role
My client is looking for a Senior Content Creator to bring a well-known consumer brand’s social content to life, creating work that earns attention, builds brand love, and drives real impact.
This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll be turning insights, trends, and briefs into scroll-stopping content — from idea to execution.
- Create social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts (and more)
- Develop concepts that connect Brand’s purpose with culture
- Write scripts, hooks, and captions that feel platform-native
- Shoot, edit, and deliver short-form video and static content
- Build modular content systems (cut-downs, variants, localisation-ready assets)
- Collaborate with social, strategy, and brand teams to get work live quickly
- Use performance data to iterate and improve content over time
Ideal Background
- A strong portfolio of social-first content (especially short-form video)
- Skilled in concepting, scripting, and editing for mobile-first platforms
- A clear understanding of what makes content work on different platforms
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines while still pushing creativity
- Experience with tools like Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop
- Prior Agency experience is a must.
- Bonus if you’ve worked on beauty, wellbeing or purpose-led brands.
- AI is part of the creative process. You’ll already use it to explore ideas, speed up workflows, and enhance output — while keeping the work human, thoughtful, and on-brand.
