​Public Sector organisation needs an experienced digital content professional to join their Communications team and ensure they are producing and packaging up content in the best way possible to engage different audiences across channels both internally and externally. They are looking for someone to bring creative solutions and help them get better cut through. As well as a strong writer, candidates need to be experienced on digital channels and able to produce videos, podcasts, social media posts and graphics – work across web site, internet, X, LI, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.

Reporting to Campaign Lead and with other digital content specialists, projects include:

• Working with senior leadership team on engagement by producing pod casts and videos.

• Supporting campaign team in how they launch campaigns to maximise reach and engagement.

• Review channels and develop / introduce new ways to communicate with network.

• Ensure a regular drumbeat of comms and a calendar of content to have regular posts.

• Ensure comms is engaging audiences and messages are tailored for specific channels and audiences.

• Help colleagues with video submissions for internal awards.

Must have previous digital communications experience and strong writing skills.

There is flex working with this role but expect to be in office 1 - 2 days a week.

Candidates must have lived in the England for past three years without any gaps as required to complete security checks.
