What We Do
International Sourcing: Our experience and the international reach of our network means that clients ask us to help them make placements on a worldwide basis, including in countries where we do not have an office.
Executive Search: Using our in-house research capability alongside our in-depth knowledge and extensive network of contacts, we thoroughly research and map the market – peers, target organisations and competitors.
Retained Assignments: Working on a retained basis secures our dedicated approach to filling the position using a combination of methods including database selection, bespoke “cherry-picking” search, online advertising and use of our extensive network of contacts.
Interim Management: Our interim and freelance team specialise in appointing highly qualified and experienced communications professionals on a flexible basis, providing additional expertise and practical hands-on assistance.
Database Search: Our global database of talent has been developed over 45 years, containing more than 60,000 leading international communications and marketing professionals.
