After a 13 year career in public relations and crisis management, Antoinette moved into a career in ED&I. In this career transition, she recognised the need for ED&I professionals with strategic communications experience, the skill to confront and unpick challenging topics, and the ability to build genuine and trusting relationships with people - inspiring her to found RiverRoad.

Kate Isichei, Where To Look Communications
Kate is a neuroinclusion consultant focused on helping organisations create neuroinclusive cultures. Her journey began with her children’s diagnoses of Autism and ADHD, inspiring her to explore neurodivergence deeply. This personal experience showed Kate the immense potential neurodivergent individuals offer - creativity, and innovative thinking.
She now helps HR and talent teams to create neuroinclusive candidate journeys, and hiring managers to harness the skills of their existing neurodivergent colleagues.
The Approach
In many organisations, the systems, processes and structures are routinely based on the experiences of a neurotypical employee.
Without necessarily realising, employers are risking alienating their neurodiverse workforce, who may struggle to feel like they belong and therefore don’t perform to their full capacity.
