Once you share your brief, we begin our search. We use a combination methods including database selection, a bespoke “cherry-picking” search, online advertising and use of our extensive network of contacts built over 46 years.

Screening
We put candidates through a thorough screening process where we assess their experience, skillsets, and overall suitability to the role, as well as seeing if they would be a good culture fit for your organisation.

Longlist
After screening the candidates from our search, we deliver an initial longlist to you. We guarantee we only provide you with those who meet your specified requirements discussed in the original briefing.

Shortlist
Following your longlist feedback, we refine our search and undergo further screening before presenting you with a final shortlist of candidates. We work with you closely until we find the perfect match for your needs.

Placement
Our commitment doesn't end with the offer acceptance. We make sure we regularly check-in with yourself and the candidate to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction on both sides.
