Marketing & Communications Manager

Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join a global B2B insurance firm on a permanent basis.

Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering integrated campaigns, strengthening brand presence in support of business growth and customer engagement.

Hybrid working: 3 days in City of London office, 2 from home

Roles & responsibilities:

Develop and implement targeted marketing communication plans to promote the brand, products, and services
Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on marketing & communications best practices
Create and oversee engaging promotional content, including blogs, emails, newsletters, and social media copy
Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with teams to maximise internal and external promotional opportunities
Work closely with creative teams to ensure campaign success and effective communications
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values in all activities
Ensure regulation compliance across all marketing & communications

Skills & experience:

Insurance experience desirable
Regulated industry experience
Team management experience
Highly organised, motivated and self-driven
Experience working with marketing dashboards
Flexible team player with a great attitude
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Creativity with video production management experience preferred
Strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
