VMA Group are have been appointed to support our global client who are in the B2B technologies and products space – Jack at VMA Group is looking for an experienced B2B marketing specialist who loves to create, manage and market content to drive greater brand awareness and generate leads for the business.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must, 3 years’ experience at this level within a B2B corporation is essential to be considered.
Core Job Responsibilities
Content development
Work with EMEA Marketing team and subject matter experts across the business to help create customer-centric and engaging content that reaffirms the brand’s positioning
Working with the Marketing Communications Managers to ensure product and solution marketing collateral is aligned to the business needs.
Provide copywriting, editing and proofreading support to EMEA Marketing team; helping to ensure high-quality content outputs across all customer touchpoints. Example types of content include presentations, brochureware, videos and web assets that support inbound content marketing and outbound content programmes.
Help manage content calendar to provide visibility over planned distribution of sales enablement and demand generation materials.
Work with Internal Communications to promote resources across business communication channels.
Content management
Co-ordinate EMEA work queue process for effective content governance and lifecycle management. Support workflows for requesting, creating, editing, publishing and retiring content.
Maintain central content library to facilitate effective asset management across EMEA Marketing.
Maintain EMEA Marketing Hub to ensure campaign, corporate and product collateral hosted on the portal is up-to-date.
Support agency briefings and management across projects and programmes.
Engage cross-functional participants – manage meeting and resource schedules and deadlines.

Skills
You will have exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and copywriting skills (for brand voice, style, grammar and punctuation).
Bachelor’s degree or similar professional qualification in marketing, communications or related field is preferred
Previous strong project management and excellent organisational skills; ability to multitask, manage large volumes of information, prioritise and meet deadlines would be an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new business domain knowledge to content creation would be a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing communications tools e.g. content management systems would be preferred.
Experience
Ideally candidates will have previous, proven related experience (e.g. editorial, content marketing, copywriting or communications experience) – preferably in a similar role or capacity.
Project management experience would be an advantage.
Demonstrated involvement in cross-company discipline initiatives is desirable.
Experience in process optimisation would be an advantage.
