PPC & SEO Manager
Exclusive opportunity for an experienced PPC & SEO Manager to join a 360 marketing and brand agency based in West London on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining SEO and PPC strategies for clients within the luxury, wellness and lifestyle sectors.
Great opportunity for growth, development and promotion within the company, role has line management responsibilities.
Hybrid working: 3 days in West London office, 2 from home
Roles & responsibilities:
Paid Search:
Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across major platforms to drive high-quality traffic
Conduct competitive analysis to identify ad opportunities and adjust bids, keywords, and budgets as needed
Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversion rates
Monitor and analyse PPC performance metrics, preparing reports with insights and recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing and business goals
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while meeting campaign goals
SEO:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimise website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page content, to align with SEO best practices
Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences
Manage link-building strategies and partnerships to increase domain authority.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools (eg Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and provide actionable insights
Solid knowledge of website optimization practices, HTML/CSS basics, and familiarity with CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and adaptability
Skills & experience:
Highly organised, motivated and self-driven
Hands-on, with a winning, logical and result-driven mentality
Enthusiastic about all things digital marketing & data
Flexible team player with a great attitude
Detail-oriented and highly organised with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
Familiarity with paid social media advertising is a plus
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other SEO/PPC tools are a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent digital marketing qualification
