​Videographer and Creative Lead

Great opportunity for a Videographer and Creative Lead to conceptualise, shoot and deliver compelling video content that enhances brand presence and storytelling for a leading financial services organisation on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will lead end to end video production process while collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand alignment across the business.

Hybrid working: 4 days in City of London office, 1 from home

Roles & responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging video content across platforms for both internal & external use

• Oversee all aspects of video production, including filming, editing, and post-production

• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and pitch concepts to key internal stakeholders

• Stay updated on trends and emerging technologies to keep content innovative

• Deliver company photography for collateral, including company headshots

• Lead on podcast recording & editing

• Help shape the content on our website, intranet, marketing materials and social media channels

• Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs

• Feed into ongoing evolution of brand identity

Skills & experience:

• 5+ years of experience in video, audio, and creative design

• Highly organised, motivated and self-driven

• Detail-oriented and highly organised with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Expertise in Adobe creative suite

• Experience in corporate or financial services sector beneficial
