​VMA GROUP Sources a Temporary Senior Communications Consultant for Social Care Organisational, CareTech.

Since 1993, CareTech has been a leading provider of social care, offering specialist services to support a diverse range of complex needs. They aim to empower individuals to live life to the fullest potential in a safe, stable environment.

Director of Human Resources, Steve Bennett, was looking to appoint a temporary Senior Communications Consultant to come into the organisation and refine their communications approach.

This new role had three focal objectives:

• Increase staff engagement

• Increase retention and recruitment

• Continue building relationships with stakeholders

Having come across VMA GROUP online, and being impressed by our reputation and efficiency, Steve reached out to us for support in sourcing the ideal candidate.

After sharing the brief with our interim and contract team, Deborah Le and Matt Gibbs began their hunt to find the perfect fit.
