Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading London property firm on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have a broad channel remit and be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns and BAU, with the support of agencies for channel executions.
Hybrid working: 3 or 4 days in London office, 1 or 2 from home.
Roles & responsibilities:
Develop and lead the company digital marketing strategy
Lead the agency relationship for digital acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social etc)
Optimise performance across paid media channels & digital acquisition through regular development and implementation of creative ideas with internal teams and agency consultancy
Lead PPC & SEO strategy in conjunction with agency & team support for execution
Monitor and report on channel and organic performance via GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and other data sources to provide in depth insight on performance
Adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities identifying areas to grow, run tests and improve channels to optimise ROI
Lead & manage on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to identify conversion improvements with on-site activity (including A/B testing) or channel/traffic acquisition
Acting commercially at all times; continually review the cost base and search for efficiencies in delivering ahead of forecast
Responsible for leading and managing new content on the website to enhance engagement
Oversee technical management of CRM tool (Hubspot) from a customer acquisition/retention perspective
Lead the customer data strategy, in terms of owning the customer data and following best practice in terms of a single customer view and ability to analyse and segment this data
Skills & experience:
Strong experience across digital marketing channels and website management
Exceptional communication, creative, strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Strong stakeholder management
Marketing material production
Analytics and ROI assessment
Comfortable managing an allocating digital marketing budget to ensure maximise ROI
