Overview:

VMA GROUP client’s, who is a leader in tech, design and engineering, is looking for a digital marketing specialist who who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working as part of a talented team and collaborating with industry-leading consultants, designers, engineers and strategist, as well as marketers across the globe to execute the strategy.

Become an integral member of the Digital team, reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, where curating, developing workflows, segmentation, supporting the digital change, adoption of new tech.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing digital marketing communications channels and content globally, supporting global campaigns, markets, sales initiatives, and projects.

  • Provide training on digital marketing communications, develop content and maintenance plans, work on stakeholder lists, utilise digital marketing platforms, support scheduling of paid social media advertising, and collaborate with technical teams and business units.

  • Work on the development of content and maintenance plans for all marketing communications channels, align content and scheduling to global campaigns and regional plans, to include web estate, client-facing communications, email signatures, digital business cards and paid social media advertising.

  • Work with global regional teams to develop and maintain stakeholder lists in line with data integrity and storage requirements.

  • Utilise digital marketing platforms, such as Dotdigital, to channel digital content to targeted audiences, and maintain, and enhance templates with the visual communications team.

  • Support scheduling of paid social media advertising in line with global and market-led campaigns and content.

  • Support scheduling for email signature banners in line with global and market-led campaigns and content.

  • Support benchmark industry channel optimisation, measurement, evaluation, and action content performance, providing scheduled and bespoke performance reports to our stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with diverse technical teams and business units to identify upcoming content needs and advise on publication of content and distribution channels.
