​I’m currently partnering with a well-established charity to recruit for an Internal Communications Advisor. They are going through an exciting period of growth and this is a brand new position.

The Internal Communications Advisor will support the launch of their new 3-5 year strategy which includes new values and behaviour.  They have circa 30 properties across the UK so their audience is often on-site and therefore hard to reach.  You will be responsible for:

• Generating content and compelling stories for regular updates

• Day to day management of their channels: SharePoint, Viva Engage, announcements, emails, employee app and bi-weekly newsletter

• Working with stakeholders to ensure they are comfortable with communications tools and ensuring they are confident in using them

• Keeping track of activities in the IC calendar and making sure these are delivered according to plan

This is a 6 month contract (with potential to go permanent) paying £32,000 - £35,000 pro rata.  They are looking for someone who is immediately available or on a notice of no more than 2 weeks.  They operate a hybrid working model of 2 – 3 days in London.
