I’m currently partnering with a well-established charity to recruit for an Internal Communications Advisor. They are going through an exciting period of growth and this is a brand new position.

The Internal Communications Advisor will support the launch of their new 3-5 year strategy which includes new values and behaviour. They have circa 30 properties across the UK so their audience is often on-site and therefore hard to reach. You will be responsible for:

Generating content and compelling stories for regular updates
Day to day management of their channels: SharePoint, Viva Engage, announcements, emails, employee app and bi-weekly newsletter
Working with stakeholders to ensure they are comfortable with communications tools and ensuring they are confident in using them
Keeping track of activities in the IC calendar and making sure these are delivered according to plan

This is a 6 month contract (with potential to go permanent) paying £32,000 - £35,000 pro rata. They are looking for someone who is immediately available or on a notice of no more than 2 weeks. They operate a hybrid working model of 2 – 3 days in London.
