​I’m partnering with a FTSE 100 insurance company based in the City, as they’re looking for a Senior IC Manager to join them on a 12 month contract.

This role is responsible for driving engagement and helping their employees connect with purpose, live their values and become advocates for the brand.  Managing a team of two, the successful candidate will be at the beating heart of their internal campaigns, from start to finish.  This will involve taking the brief, curating and producing compelling content, choosing the right channel channels, execution as well as measuring success.  They’re looking for a creative IC professional with proven experience in delivering engaging campaigns and previous experience of managing a small team. 

Requirements:

• Proven internal communications campaigns experience

• Managed a small team

• Available to start by early September

• Looking for £70,000 for 5 days or £56,000 for 4 days

• Happy to work in their City office 3 days/week
