We are recruiting a Senior PR Manager to join their team based in London. This is a unique opportunity to shape the consumer brand narrative and drive visibility in personal finance media.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a systematic media engagement strategy, building strong relationships with personal finance journalists to enhance brand visibility.
Craft compelling content that drives media interest, aligns with the organisation's goals, and is leveraged across multiple channels.
Proactively and reactively manage press inquiries, delivering impactful and timely responses.
Support and build the profiles of business spokespeople across print, online, broadcast, and social media.
Align PR efforts with B2C marketing campaigns, contributing relevant thought leadership and ensuring consistent messaging.
Lead on awards submissions, crafting narratives that align with the broader brand positioning.

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced journalist or former journalist with a strong understanding of personal finance, savings, investments, and the financial services sector.
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce engaging, SEO-optimised, and compliant content.
Strong relationships within the personal finance media and the ability to secure impactful coverage.
Adept at balancing PR and marketing priorities, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in managing multiple media types, including print, broadcast, and social.
Creative thinker with a proven ability to write and pitch content that resonates with target audiences.
