Key Responsibilities:
Enablement Strategy & Execution: Design and implement enablement programs to improve revenue performance, aligned with leadership goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with GTM, Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders to develop tailored enablement initiatives.
Content Development: Create engaging and simplified content, including playbooks, tech enablement, and live training sessions.
Training & Facilitation: Lead both virtual and in-person training sessions.
Performance Analytics: Use data to measure program impact and recommend improvements to address performance gaps.
Stakeholder Management: Engage cross-functional teams, manage expectations, and drive change effectively.
Technology & Tools: Utilise enablement tools such as LMS, CMS, and call recording/analytics platforms.
Key Requirements:
Experience:10+ years in Revenue Enablement (preferably in technical products).
Skills:
Strong presentation, facilitation, and content creation skills.
Knowledge of value-based sales methodologies
Strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
Ability to simplify complex concepts.
Data-driven decision-making and impact measurement.
Soft Skills:
Highly adaptable with strong change management skills.
Collaborative, with a challenger mindset.
Travel Requirement: Ability to travel internationally for in-person enablement programs.
