When you decide to work with us, we will arrange an initial call or face-to-face meeting where we get to know your organisation, the role in question, and what you are looking for in your next hire.

Once you share your brief, we begin our search. We use a combination methods including database selection, a bespoke “cherry-picking” search, online advertising and use of our extensive network of contacts built over 46 years.

After screening the candidates from our search, we deliver an initial longlist to you. We guarantee we only provide you with those who meet your specified requirements discussed in the original briefing.

Shortlist
Following your longlist feedback, we refine our search and undergo further screening before presenting you with a final shortlist of candidates. We work with you closely until we find the perfect match for your needs.
